Group Counseling
If you are looking for quality Group Counseling sessions with a therapist who cares while working on your concerns in a group setting, then this may be the setting for you. Groups are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are currently accepting inquiries to add to the waitlist. We will get in touch when we form a new group from the list. We have anxiety, social anxiety, grief and loss, and depression groups. We offer both in-person and video telehealth group sessions.
Couples Counseling
