I’m Scott Donovan, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other emotional challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Together, we identify what you would like to change, establish meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.
Areas of Focus
I provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals.
I have extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and incorporate a trauma-informed approach into my work. I understand that healing is highly individual, and I strive to create a supportive, respectful environment where clients can explore difficult experiences and emotions without judgment and at a pace that feels appropriate for them.
My work is grounded in the belief that people have the capacity for resilience, growth, and meaningful change. Finding the right therapist is an important part of the therapeutic process. I value compassion, understanding, accountability, and collaboration. If you are experiencing challenges and are ready to work toward meaningful change, I welcome the opportunity to discuss your goals and determine whether we may be a good therapeutic fit.
You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. We can start by identifying what is most important to you and work together toward the changes you would like to see.
If you are ready to take the next step, please contact us to learn more or schedule an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you and exploring how I may be able to support you in working toward your goals.

Hi, I’m Hannah. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy using a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach. I work with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan and welcome clients from diverse cultures, identities, backgrounds, and life experiences. I approach therapy with cultural humility, compassion, curiosity, and respect for the experiences that have shaped who you are.
